If she was going to flee, she would have done it already. I think the fact that she showed up in court when she was supposed to speaks well of her.
The judge made the right decision.
Now on the other hand (referring to a current high-profile Utah case), if you conveniently disappear when a warrant is issued for your arrest and don't show up to court until the cops make you (after you make the FBI's 10 most wanted), don't be surprised if the judge is unwilling to grant bail. - Posted by: John L.
