Dunn & Fraud
Calif.'s GA Lockyer's primarily concerned with the impersonation of reporters, board members etc. to find the HP Internal leak. DeLia's people under Dunn's approval pretended to be these people to essentially gain access to their lives.

We don't put up with people rooting around our medical records, credit info, etc. This case boils down to a sheer lack and disregard for anyone's privacy.
