Wrong -- No Crime for leaker
There might be civil consequences for the leaker, but there is no state or federal statute that makes this a crime unless the leaks deal with natinal security secrets.

The leaks were about the former CEO and her depuarture, along with possible leaks on a contrived product. No law was broken, but the board member's reputation is mud.

Are you sympathetic with Dunn? She has hared our right to privacy and a free press. I am no fan and hope she gets 100 years (even though experts say the max penalty is 3 to 7 years).
