Steve Jobs and Back Dating Options

Bill Gates need not apologize, but the back dating was first done at Apple, and Andersen's crime was listening to Apples's accountants who, as I remember things, invented the fraud (likely with help from Legals from the Gore Crime Family) and to make it appear less criminal spread the practice through out the IT industry.

Let's start with Steve Jobs replacement years ago as Apple was worried about the Back Dating fiasco they thought up. Apple's disclosure of back dating in its shareholders reports probably was not enough to save Anderson, but with Jobs back after things cooled down a few years back, Apple knew that they would at least hold onto the illussion of integrity.

The Back dating probably would have cost Steve Jobs his job, though with help from the Gore Crime Family, he is safe.
