If it went as high as Patty
Then how could Hurd have not known what was going on? If he gave approval for some of the methods used by investigators how could he not have known about the 'pre-texting'? It is good that they are prosecuting some of these people for this though. Hopefully they will be able to go after all who were illegally involved in this.
