Mighetto, how do you feel about Sonsini emailing Tom Perkins so frankly http://www.iwantmyess.com/?p=100 He gave such intimate advice as an attorney over email unsecured to Mr. Perkins?
The case is showing so many facets to corporate culture like protecting sensitive correspondence http://www.essentialsecurity.com/news.htm?id=38 and lack of corporate governance.
