CIngular & Verizon Must Sue
Bravo! Excellent move by Cingular & Verizon. Our government is taking far too much time to take criminal action, there were clear criminal violations here.

It is in their policy; wireless firms must protect the privacy of customers or they could be held partly responsible.

This is a very good thing from a legal, ethical and PR perspective. The firms who provide service to the journalists are doing the right thing.
