Cingular sues investigator over HP pretexting

Go, get 'em!: I see that Verizon has filed suit too. If this case has done nothing else, it's brought pretexting to public attention, which is going put people on their guard, increase the risks involved (putting some PIs in jail and revoking their licenses should have the proper deterrant effect), and just maybe make it harder to do undetected.; Posted by: John L.
