Mark Cuban: Only a 'moron' would buy YouTube

What is (c) violation?: The digital mafia (MPAA/RIAA) will probably be the criminal cartel that will 1st try to sue Yourtube. What about fair use? People have a blast making stupid video with sometime famous music in the background or parody of famous characters. THERE IS NO ARM DONE. And yourtube can easly take down the fews actual posting of copyright video that some bozos post from time to time. The media mafia should use this forum to promote they products and not again take the road of totaly illegal sueing and bullying.

I wonder when Mickey mouse at the white house will put his pants up and:
1. Shut down clearly criminal organisations like: MPAA/RIAA/Macrovision and other parasite
2. Forbid BY LAW hollywood to have anything to do with HARDAWARE
3. Make it ILLEGAL to apply any form of copy protection to any enterteiment product (as is label illegaly every user as a criminal)
