That is the year Hewlett-Packard was founded. Find out what the Hollerith Tabulating Machine Company (now known as IBM) was selling (and to whom, and for what purpose)) at the same time.

This is all about greed, and Wall Street puts companies in this position and the press feeds on it, and executives get rich whether they succeed or fail.

If you believe ethics plays a part in any of this, I suspect the tooth fairy is not a big stretch.

Corporations doing whatever is LEGAL in the course of conducting their business just reflect the society we have allowed ourselves to become.

Unless you are a monk who lives on brown rice and does nothing but good works all day, long, the unfortunate fact is that you are merely contributing in a smaller way.

It is not hard to see more that a SMALL degree of jealousy in these post by people who can't seem to accept that Hurd and Dunn have risen to the highest ranks of this industry instead of them.

I'm jealous. I admit it. However, I'm not going to move into a fantasy world where I believe calling for boycotts on a bulletin board will elevate me to their stature, or bring them down.

They already won !! Hurd could get bounced tomorrow, and he still walks away a multi-millionaire with no criminal record.

I haven't heard of Carly Fiorina forced to go hook on the streets to compensate for her loss of income either.

HP doesn't give a crap if you switch you $75.00 photo printer to an Epson next time your ink runs out.
