Bad Corporate Governance

Thanks for sharing those emails. They show that Patricia Dunn and Kevin Hunsaker had no regard for HP's Governance policies :

"Directors should have the highest professional and personal ethics and values, consistent with HP's longstanding values and standards..." http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/investor/govguidelines.html

There's a big difference between keeping an eye out for a competitive edge and skirting company policy -- things a Chairman and Chief Ethics Officer should have abided by http://www.iwantmyess.com/?p=104
