Let's be real
When any one of these characters are finally arrested I have no doubt their arrest will consists of a phone call to their lawyers who will then arrange for them to meet the police down at the courthouse so that they can post immediate bail. At their trial a whole team of lawyers, jury specialists, private detectives and legal specialists will be in their corner.
Were I to be charged with a similar offense a couple of officers would drag me down to lockup in handcuffs. If I'm lucky I'll be able to post bail in a couple of hours, unless it's too late in the day, in which case I'll end up spending the night in lockup. The single lawyer I can afford will still probably send me into debt. Either way it's not likely I'd be able to afford a jury consultant or private investigator.
