Yeah Right, Where's the Recording of Her Testimony
HP is heavy into IT security, and their consulting division does complex security accessments, audits, policy development and training. Their management is well trained, and if not, are required to be trained in areas of privacy and security for both employees and consumers. For Dunn to state the below hogwash is like a banker asking us to believe that hiring a third party to forge customer checks was legal.

"The clear impression I had from Mr. DeLia was that such records could be obtained from publicly available sources in a legal and appropriate manner."

Dunn is not being truthful, and I am not suprised that this was a written statement. If she were to state this one could use a voice stress analysis program to bust it into pieces. Dunn and Hurd need to be in jail, not acting like movie stars in front of Congress.

If there is recording of this being read by Dunn, I want to know how to get it. Voice stress analysis programs can catch the points where she is being most deceptive. Dunn still doesn't seem to understand how much trouble she is in.
