Was HP run by Legals
Ann Baskins, an HP lawyer had been informed by the patsy Keven Hunsaker, an HP lawyer, that emails and correspondence marked "Prepared under advice of counsel" would protect wrongdoers under atorney-client-privilege. Hunsaker likely had come to that appears-to-be-faulty conclusion after discusions with someone. Who orchestrated Hunsaker into his role as the second patsy of PatsyGate? Baskins is the likely third. Hunsaker was described as "in the process of leaving the company" yesterday in the WSJ. This is clearly needed given the fact that his role was on paper to guide the organization on ethical matters.
