Zimbabwe's Net crawls due to unpaid debt

Pathetic: Zimbabwe's internet connection has always been dire to say the least, and now this is just the nails in the coffin. For Mugabe to blame the crisis in Zimbabwe as being a Western campaign of economic sabotage is just pathetic. The West has always been willing to help on particular terms (i.e. that he and his cronies don't have access to the money to pocket it) however the government want complete control.
