Consider the Possibility that HP used CIA outsorcers
Lets recognize that Bush claims he was given bad intelegance and that the CIA has outsourced a lot of business. Congress may be more interested in who HP hired than in Dunn et-all. Perhaps one of the companies responsible has ties to terrorism. A big problem with outsourcing CIA functions is the likelihood of loyalty by highest bid. That is treason if the operative is a government employee. It is less clearly so with outsource firms. It is realy muddy when the outsource firm works for international corporations.

But lets also flush this "HP may be covered by attorney-client privilege." statement. How is a corporation covered by attorney-client privilege? Seriously human beings have attorney-client privalege but not corporations. Am I incorrect?

Hurd and Dunn can invoke the 5th. Corporate Counsel represents the shareholders and not Hurd and Dunn. Hurd and Dunn will have to get their own counsel. Corporate Counsel may need her own counsel. All may invoke the fith but attorney-client privalege isn't involved is it?
