Beyond the congressional probe into HP's use of pretexting, the California Attorney General, U.S. Attorney's Office and the FBI are conducting criminal probes. The SEC has also sent HP a letter inquiring into the company's disclosure of the departure of director Tom Perkins, who left after disagreements over the handling of the leak probe.
Why can't our wonderful leaders worry about running the country and this matter where it belongs?
Surely the FBI, the SEC and the US and California AGs are more than capable of handling this without a bunch of politicians showing up, wanting to put on another dog and "look what I'm doing for you stupid gits, now vote for me!!!!" show. - Posted by: James T.
