Dunn should be removed
completely from the board and others who had knowledge should resign or be removed also.

To quote from FTC web site "Pretexting is the practice of getting your personal information under false pretenses. Pretexters sell your information to people who may use it to get credit in your name, steal your assets, or to investigate or sue you. Pretexting is against the law."

This whole story revolves around an investigation, so the issue is very clear cut. I am tired of corporate America getting away with anything it wants to do. This is no Enron, but Dunn should have known that this was going to happen. Fire them all.
