What about the phone companies ??
JackPastor
I couldn't agree more. The phone companies, both land lines and wirelesshave sunk to the lowet functioning cretin when it comes to customer service. It's only when you, the real account holder, needs information that they will stone-wall and send you off to virtual la-la land, especially if they owe you something. We the consumers need to have a "fool-proof" and legally enforcable remedy to the intrusion into our private data,at state local and federal. As an example of total disregard for identity security, the Dept of Education uses your SS# as your acct #(student loans) and requires you to write your SS# on payments to them, (and they say SS# are NOT to be used for identification), but then what do you expect form politicians and their lackeys.
At least something good is coming out of Sacramento on this invasion of privacy-hope they get ALL the players!!
