Criminal Investigation: Dunn a puppet of Hurd's

Dunn is facing possible criminal charges. If CEO Mark Hurd is implicated in the affair, and it is hard to imagine he will not be - since he is also a board member, we will have classic wrong doing of the kind Sarb-Ox was designed to address. We will also have to view George Keyworth, the longest serving member of the board, as a wistleblower par excellance and Zdnet as publisher par excellence. A nobel prize is proposed.

The Hurd Way is not the HP Way and we see today that it may have been the oh-so-wrong way. CEOs can not be allowed to control their Boards. This is why we no longer let them serve as chairmen. Is Dunn really the chair of the board. Or has she been a puppet of Hurd's from the start, simply implementing whatever he and his legals advise, ready to serve as scapegoat should that be needed and confident that her loyalty will be rewarded regardless. This is exactly how not to run a US corporation. Argh.
