UN looks to control the Net

Wombat #1: See what I mean...I did in fact know that:
The Internet as we know it today is based on the TCP/IP protocol stack that is derived from the ARPANET protocol stack (Do you KNOW what a protocol stack IS?). If not check out the ISO 7 layer network model for more information.

The ARPANET was developped by DARPA (yes a US government agency)as a strategic response to the cold war to keep the then growing military computer network running even if a portion was taken out.

The TCP/IP stack only assures the proper delivery of a data packet thru a network. The data in said packet must contain viable information like HTTP data and hence the WEB. That was why I said 'ride on top of the Internet' The HTTP data was developped by CERN...Are you getting all of this?...Then if no HTTP then NO WEB!

As far as not knowing jack about the US, I'm sure I know more about the US than you do of any other country on earth.
