You see... CERN was modeled after the ARPAnet. Know what that is? ARPA is a UNITED STATES government agency who INVENTED the protocols. In fact the DARPA of the defense side were the founders who inter-connected some government and universities long long ago. Your CERN modeled "after" them. Go read the history and learn.

As far as your scathing remarks about the US and IRAQ... I don't think the subject belongs here, but it is niave bozos like you who think you know everything, when you don't know your a@@ from a hole in the ground. I am not saying US was right or wrong on those subjects... bottom line, you don't know jack!
