Two companies that I have purchased many products from for over 25 years. I just bought my first ever non HP printer (a color laser from Ricoh) and I refuse to have another Sony entertainment POS liter my home.
Partly for bad service... partly for reasons such as the printer cartridge issue. I refill all of my inkjet cartridges. Who can afford to do otherwise? Sony will never learn their Beta lesson from the past. CUSTOMERS refuse to buy propietary media formats. Customers are not as dumb as these companies think. - Posted by: wjkahlssmd@...
