No the first time
It wouldn't be the first time. I remember when I lodged a formal complaint in respect to corrupt business practices and business ethics with HP's corporate Compliance.

They investigated, found evidence and proved the case and then did absolutely nothing!

Then, they would not go on the record (other than a phone call which I had instigated) to tell me the findings. Even then they were guarded as to what they could say.
