Yup, I've seen that and that's exactly what has started the lawsuit. I'm suprised it's still available on their website.

For a company that wants to sue many people who uses the word "pod" in a product name when they only registered "iPod," well it looks extremely hypocritical to me when the Open Group owns the UNIX trademark and the UNIX spec.
