I had spoken and exchanged emails on a number of occasions and he impressed me as a man of Integrity and Honesty.

My dealings with Tom were in respect to corrupt and unethical business practices within a large computer company HP was acquiring / merging with in 2002 and he (Tom) espoused everything that Bill and Dave stood for in HP. I think Tom may have been the last remnant of the HP I once knew and loved (which I also believe is long lost.)
