HP Failure: A History
I bought HP zd700 MS Media Edition with the 3-year full warranty. The mother board went bad 3 times, yes, I said 3 times. It took me 3 months to get any action from HP. I could have invoked my warranty for a settlement of lost time, lost information, and all my emails. I was so weary that I accepted three vials of ink and said good bye to HP.

I am not surprised by this illegal action by HP people. HP, illegally, forced me to give up and settle at a immoral low level. To this day, no one at HP has looked at my issue, and come to me with help.

It is a history of HP's actions toward consumers.
