are you able to so easily determine agency?
If it is so easy for you to know for sure what the limits, assignments and liabilities of agency are in this case by reading some third hand accounts, you're wasting your time here!

Most large companies spend big bucks to figure out where their agency begins and ends, especially when it comes to complex arrangements with subcontractors. Of course it is never an issue if the question doesn't make it to court, so companies also spend big bucks to ensure that it will not be worth the while of most injured parties to even take them to court.

This is usually one of the points that must be adjudicated in any sort of company-to-company legal action. Usually, it ends up with either a judge or jury deciding the limits of agency in each case.

But if you've got an easy formula. . .
