If that was the case, it would still be illegal! You cannot disclose
personal information about a custom to anyone except the
customer or someone on their approved list.

There's no other way to look at this... Those files were obtained
illegally, and the person who obtained them, as well as the person
who ordered is, should be prosecuted.
