HP vs Keyworth
There is no excuse for illegal activity. But getting back to square one ...what part of extremely confidential did Keyworth NOT understand? Does this guy trust himself? He was being paid a salary for his position and along with that salary came responsibilites. Confidentiality was indeed on of those responsibilities. HP could sue him for industrial sabotage.
