Time for feedback... but how?
Everyone should take the time to read privacy statements and take action when these statements are nothing more than arrogant non-privacy declarations by companies with inflated egos. When I confront a company like this (and believe me, they are abundant) I do two things: 1) take my business elsewhere, and 2) attempt to leave feedback telling them why I choose not to do business with them.

What's frustrating is that many companies make it impossible or extremely difficult to leave feedback. Even when a "contact us" link is provided, most leave the distinct impression that no human actually reads customer feedback.

I know these actions cause far more inconvenience to me than they do to these companies. My business is but an imperceptible blip in their P&L. But if everyone took the same approach, eventually these companies will get the message.

I will continue to vote with my dollars.
