Sorry the answer is taking so long
I already designed the answer. But my current startup will take all of my programming time until around August. I should have the proof-of-concept for the solution to this problem finished by the end of the year, and a prototype by Summer 2005, but performance will be miserable until we get some specialists to optimize it. That could take more than one additional year.

Once we have a product, we market to businesses (since we like money,) and they are willing to pay. I expect us to release a free-for-home-use version, but the business managers will be involved at that point. Add another 3-5 years for market acceptance and the problems in the article will be solved.

[No, I will not be more specific. My IP attorney yelled at me the last time I discussed a new product before we filed for the patents.]
