useless to me without auduble.com support
I'd be very tempted by the iPod alternatives, if only they supported Audible.com files.

99% of what I carry around on my iPod is audible.com content, and podcasts. I've used other players with Audible, but none comes close to the convenience I've enjoyed with the nano.

I'd be tempted by a Creative or Sansa player for music/video/fm/recording. As a backup player for the gym, the Sansa 2Gb is very tempting. But Audible is the linchpin that keeps me in Apple's camp.
