... taking the sides of the cabinets can drop the temperature inside the units by as much as 5 to 10 degrees. That might be all you need.

Also turn off monitors that are not in use. Each one belts out 150-250W per hour. TFT panels are much better and generate less heat. My Dell monitor is rated at 175W whereas the equivalent TFT is rated at 33W so one monitor puts out as much heat as 5 TFTs.
