- I believe that local or state gvmt. and some personal congregation individuals have taken over my computer. One day I log on to my laptop, and instead of MyComputer being labled as such it had something like ~.~- and all my program file folders have the appearance of an open file. i.e. instead of a plain folder,there are the little colored squares you see when the file is open and inn use. I also get the "open application"type of icon in addition to the official logo for my Intelinet system security program icon.
