See, that's the problem, 75% isn't "good" enough...
only when (I figure) 92% of the population eating dung off the sidewalk, and 8% is all that's left of the "upper" class is still living in gated communities (more like private cities) with private forces (mercs) to take care of them,....then take that 92%, march on Washington and burn it to the ground and then go finish what the Germans and Japanese started over there back then (like that's ever gonna happen). Because if it does, they'll push the button and watch while they sit and munch popcorn from the shores of New Zealand.
