One thing we shouldn't forget is that the internet, when it was a baby, was first created with military and institutional use in mind; so I personally don't see why people get bent out of shape when they think their privacy might have been invaded by the government. Isn't it the Govt.s' job to look out for/after it's citizens? Why is this any bigger than Symantec allowing magic lantern or oasis? Or microsoft for that matter. Microsoft is the biggest backdoor there ever was.
