That's great bill ( who's bill it doesn't matter)
it's not that IBMs reactionary decision making always leads them to the wrong descion at the right time there by allowing the competion take take the lead and then the big guys at the top fire every body else to cover their screwups or lack intuitive self determination and fire all the underlines to cover expenses and hide the real problem since there will be no one there to evidence the truth. Does anyone think the all these middle managers were working on there own initiaive, or maybe since the maket changed and there decision to get rid of the mobile chip division ( the hotest new developments on the market (and clearly the future of computing)why not just give it away when its really just at the begining of the truly technological wave. Maybe they can become like GE and just loan money, or open a local retail shop for ASA400s e and paint a coww on the side.
