Smarter than IBM

Instead of getting rid of their manufacturing personnel, they are shuffling and getting rid of the people who cause the problems. The people in the trenches do not cause the demise of great companies, it is the management.

IBM destroyed its company by getting rid of employees and keeping the troubled management and they are now a smaller and less successful company.

This move by Intel shows that they understand their problems, they may come out of this a better company. Nice work Intel, at least you recognize the source of your problems.
