Dumber than microsoft? AMAZING.
This has to be the most fivolous suit I've heard of in a while. It doesn't matter who you are. If you don't want your content copied, saved or cached THEN DON'T PUBLISH IT.

The fact that Kessler hasn't thrown it out ALREADY, however doesn't sit well. They've a weak argument, at best. Fair use covers bloggers to some extent. NEWS AGENCIES K M A if they don't like people reiterating "their" news along with comments and whatnot, then THEY NEED TO GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS.

Stupid $hit like this IS NOT I repeat IS NOT doing the internet any favors for SHELF LIFE. It's bad enough we have people fleeing microsoft because people are sick of malware and defective operating systems, add to that internet commerce that takes of advantage of ignorant apathetic consumers; to put on top of that this really LAME practice they have taken on of attacking each other with patent and copyright wars...will it be the straw? How THICK is the BS gonna get before they grow up and take it to the next level?

Look, it's a scientific fact that every word ever spoken by anyone anywhere is still out there bouncing around somewhere (while we may not have the equipment to pick it up because it's bounced around so many times-), you could listen to Lincoln when he addressed them at Gettysburg if you had a sensitive enough mic to pick it up. So answer me this. Does anybody hear anything about Abes' descendants suing everybody for copyright violations on that?

Ok, so maybe that isn't the best example, but you see what I'm saying?
