What is more amusing is your ...
... mischaracterization of what is going on. It is yet to be determined whether or not a violation of the Constitution has occurred. Your opinion aside, I believe that responsibility resides with the Supreme Court. There is also the matter of what right you have given up. Is it the right to call terrorists in foreign countries without the conversation being listened to? What part of the Constitution guarantees that?
