Not to mention legaly questionable.
Some of those videos use what can be considered copyrighted materials. If the people who made those videos had permission to use those materials, no problem.

I've seen music videos (the real music videos), and even real commercials on YouTube as well. If the artists and/or producers put them there, then it's OK. Otherwise, there could be some legal issues here.

And you know how lawyers love legal issues.
