First define the problem. Windows keeps getting compromised,
so I have to keep patching. Therefore Windows is the problem.
Strategy? It's a massive jump in logic folks but how long before
we hear Windows 'Drag and Drop' means drag the PC from the
desk and drop it out of the window? The only patch that
Windows needs is that patch of concrete ten floors below.
And before you ask, there are viable alternatives, you just need
to take the red pill and sling the blue on in the bin. Seek and ye
