Didn't address the concerns
These people are arguing over "What constitutes a patent?". Characterizing anyone that has different ideas on the subject as abusers of the system is disingenuous. You would think that his company would be neutral on patents - any definition of a patent would still allow his company to make money. The only thing that would change would be less "weak" patents and presumably less court challenges, which would be beneficial to his company as well as everyone else. The ONLY reason that he is not for patent reform is because he can use the threat of litigation to squash dissent. Without court challenges, his one and only advantage goes out the window.
