There's a big difference between Phone systems and Computer Networking
There are companies who'se business depends on computer networking. Banking. Manufacturing. National defense weapons manufacturers. Nuclear power plants. Air traffic control systems.

Now all that is supposed to have a back door, a FUNDAMENTAL INSECURITY, built into the infrastructure, by law?

What are they thinking? This is a terrorist's dream!
