Your message makes no sense.
It's contradictory on so many levels.

The second sentence directly contradicts the first one: "Biofuels derived from current crops do not add CO2 to the environment. The CO2 released is CO2 which was consumed by the crop." How is it that the CO2 released by the biofuel (per your second sentence) isn't being added to the environment?

The timing of when it was 'consumed' or 'captured' is irrelevant - it's still being added back to the environment.
