Very True!!
Coming from Africa, I would definitely concur with this. Its not the lack of food thats the major cause of hunger in Africa. in areas where food is abundant it costs much less than most parts in the world. The problem is moving very cheap commodities using very expensive means (transport)! in some cases price of water has been known to quadraple after it has been transported to a water stressed area. Cost of fuel is a major impediment in fightin hunger.
