What part of YES I AGREE escapes you?
You keep ranting about losing your "fair use" rights. No one here is saying you are wrong, what I am saying is that laws very often restrict the many to control the few. That sir is what comes from living in a society.

To be blunt, I agree, we are losing some rights, I also agree it's something that must be done to protect the content providers, advertizers, and broadcasters from CRIMINAL ACTIONS of others.

Like it or don't, it makes no difference.
