You left out a big piece of bad news: the revelation to
customers that those who bought into "software assurance" are
going to get nothing for all of their money spent. Which means
they probably aren't going to sign up again, which means a $1
billion plus hole in future MS revenues.

Tough week. Somebody oughta buy MS a beer. They could use
it.
