I don't know if the EU can be bought this time but
I want to make a correction that it is in 'tens' of billions not in 'hundreds' of billions.

Collecting 10% of Microsoft's revenue yearly as penalty for continuing violation is not a bad idea. It is a cash cow. Maybe the EU should let Microsoft continue to violate antitrust law for 10% of income yearly.
